The AVK-950 is a perfect solution for HDMI/DVI Video-Wall that extends HDMI/VGA, USB, IR and RS-232 over IP Ethernet. It includes AV-950T Transmitter and AV-950R/AV-951R100 Receiver. The AV-950T Transmitter connects to PC or Blue-ray player for the HDMI/DVI/USB input source. The AV-950R/AV-951R100 connects to HDMI/DVI video-wall displays or VGA display, speaker, microphone, and audio devices. This solution is based on the standard Gigabit Ethernet and provides high flexibility for expansion. Any Gigabit or Fiber Ethernet LAN switches can be used to inter-connect the Transmitters and Receivers for the high definition Audio/Visual extension applications, like informational displays, entertainment, boardrooms, courtrooms, medical, military, and education digital signage.
Features
- Support Full HD video 1080p and PC 1920 x 1080 @ 60Hz resolution.
- Based on Gigabit Ethernet IP Technology, any standard Gigabit Ethernet switches can be used for inter-connection. Easy cabling, easy installation, easy maintenance.
- Support one-to-one (unicast) and one-to-many (multicast) mode for Audio/Video real time broadcasting. Also supports many- to-many mode for group broadcasting if the Ethernet switch has the IGMP function.
- AV-950R: Support 4 x USB for the KVM extension, you can attach keyboard, mouse, storage at the Receiver site to control the PC at the Transmitter site.
- Built-in USB sound card, you can connect speaker and microphone at the Receiver and it works as PC sound card.
- Both HDMI/VGA Transmitter and Receivers are not available.
- Support RS-232 bridge option, you can send RS-232 data in between PC and screens in Multicast or Unicast mode.
- Support remote Power ON/OFF option, you can remote switch On/Offthe Transmitter’s PC.
- Windows based Management Software is available for Transmitters/Receivers connection and Video-Wall management.
- Windows based Setting Software is available to configure the IP address, Multicast/Unicast, RS-232 baud rate, video-wall enable/disable, …
- Pure hardware design, plug-and-play, no additional software installation is required.

The AV-950 provides a Windows based AV950 Manager program to configure multiple Receivers as a single Video-Wall Receiver. For example, you can configure 4 x Receivers as one 2 x 2 Video-Wall, or 9 x Receivers as one 3 x 3 Video-Wall.
